The role
Sell the future while you study. AI and robotics need real-world training data, and Onsite is how it gets made. From our Berlin office you call Turkish-speaking SMB owners, from Berlin's community to restaurants, cleaning firms and workshops across Turkey, pitch the partnership in Turkish and close deals next to our full-time team. Real quota, real customers, real responsibility from day one, and shifts that flex around your lectures. You know this market. Now sell it the future.
What you'll do
- Cold call SMB owners and decision makers in Turkey and in Berlin's Turkish-speaking community
- Qualify leads, book demos for senior reps or close smaller deals yourself
- Learn objection handling, pipeline management and closing from day one
- Keep the CRM updated
What you bring
- Native or fluent Turkish, plus German or English for the team
- Agency and an extremely high drive for excellence
- Enrolled at a German university (Werkstudent requirement)
- No fear of the phone. Sales experience is a plus, attitude matters more
- Based in Berlin, with 16-20 hours per week available in our office
