The role
Sell the future while you study. AI and robotics need real-world training data, and Onsite is how it gets made. From our Berlin office you call SMB owners across the UK and US, backed by our New York office, pitch the partnership and close deals next to our full-time team. Real quota, real customers, real responsibility from day one, and shifts that flex around your lectures. The market you practice on is the biggest one we have.
What you'll do
- Cold call SMB owners and decision makers in the UK and US
- Qualify leads, book demos for senior reps or close smaller deals yourself
- Learn objection handling, pipeline management and closing from day one
- Keep the CRM updated
What you bring
- Native-level English (British or American)
- Agency and an extremely high drive for excellence
- Enrolled at a German university (Werkstudent requirement)
- No fear of the phone. Sales experience is a plus, attitude matters more
- Based in Berlin, with 16-20 hours per week available in our office
